The Sensitizing Spray Gun is a single nozzle spray gun for applying sensitizer solution. It is made of a stainless steel fluid body to resist corrosion with acid solutions. One fluid coupling at fluid inlet for 1/4 inch tubing or one siphon bottle is needed.

Hydrochloric Acid (37% Reagent-Grade): When used for stripping silver, hydrochloric acid forms a water-insoluble white precipitate that is easily removed from waste water. Proper ventilation is required by the user to handle the corrosive fumes associated with hydrochloric acid.This item must ship as corrosive and is assessed an additional hazmat fee.

Permalac Original, Permalac EF, Permalac NT, and Permalac 2K can also be tinted with our line of translucent tints. These tints come in 7 colors: gold, copper, yellow, red, black, violet, and blue. These tints are colorfast, will not fade, and can be mixed to make a custom patina. Tints can be mixed between 1:15 (tint to lacquer) and 1:30 ratios to yield the best results.

Peacock RTA-550 is a super concentrated tin-acid solution. Recommended for automated conveyorized systems and for hand sprayers. Dilute 1.5 ml to one gallon with deionized water. Shelf life > 1 year.

Peacock Cerium Oxide (CeO) #90 is formulated with a slightly lower cerium content and without the suspension treatment. This material is cost effective for a variety of applications, including flat glass, mirrors, TV/CRT face plates, windshields, and precision cleaning. Stock removal rates and surface quality yields are excellent. Average particle size is 3.4 microns with a pH value of 6.5.
